If a flower could speak, what would it say?

1. Margua, a flower which dreams adventure

"Hello, my name is Margua, I am a small and delicate flower. I don't hurt you when you put slowly yours fingers on my feet. I have a very beautiful red color, which becomes pupil when insects like butterflies come and drink little by little the liquid i produce. Around me, others flowers smell better than me. However, i don't smell bad.  

I have all i need to live around me.  Yet, i would like more than only survive and be helped by insects to have children.   I wish i had legs in order to discover the world. If i were an animal, i would be able to run, to feel free. If i were a human, i could live thousands of days more than i'll never have the possibility to. "

Margua has dreamt another life since her birth without thinking it could be true. Therefore, it was very surprisingly that she will react when a genius offered her to become a woman for the rest of her life. She could live so until 80 years.

The genius was at the service of a magic world, which has also to reward living being who merit the life they want and those wish is impossible to reach alone.

Margua had to understand that if she choose becoming a human, she will never be a flower back, however a such offer will never been suggested again. That is why, the genius lets Margua thinking about this choice during a week.

As soon as the genius left her, she remembered all the difficulties she had to overcome painfully being a flower. First,  she was not enough strong. In fact, a violent wind, the snow, or the wish of a human cutting her for his pleasure put her under pressure because the duration of her life was uncertain.  Moreover, as she said you when she introduced herself, she wants to find out the world, which is not obvious when your feet are attached on the earth.

If everybody is lure by new things, unknown outlooks, when you do a choice you must take in account all the hypothesis, all the aspects and point of view of the situation. Before fixing her choice, she had to consider the advantages she find staying a flower.

For example, being a flower, she doesn't have to work in order to eat according to her hungry. She lives all the day and all the night outside whereas humans, in society can be on jail if they break the law knowing it or not.

  2. The choice of Margua

As the reader can imagine, she wanted really to become a human. Consequently, she was about to call the genius when suddenly, she met a flower which had been cut by a human. This flower was more beautiful than Margua.  She would be dead in some hours.

This meeting felt Margua like still more changing her situation. She did not want to suffer this situation.

Despite the warning of her conterpart, she called the genius.

"Abracadabra ! " The genius pronounced this magic formula. At the same time, he did some particular and precise moves.

All at once, Margua was growing, her roots became feet, in her head appeared a human face, her leafs became harms. She was transformed in a  woman.

Immediately, she wanted to meet others humans. She already knew speaking English. Arriving in the streets of London, she was not anxious therefore.

"Yes ! It is the D Day ! I will start my life of human !" said Margua. But she knew anything about how the human world works. So she crossed the road without keeping attention on the car arriving. She was almost hit by a car when John, a kind boy explained her the behavior she had to adopt.

Margua, taking a coffee with her new friend, explained him her story. John could not believe it. To be persuasive, Margua showed him what attitude she learned, notably using the language of flowers. She seemed so near to the Nature than John became convinced.

From his day, John invited Margua to live at his home. He showed her how a woman has to be.

They became real friends. they trusted in each other. Finally, Margua became an independent woman. She was florist. In fact, although she hate that human cut flower, she thought that if they stop it to buy flowers to the florist, it is better than nothing. Because the florist know how to care the flowers.

Finally, they were both in love, and they were happy.
